Create a voucher like you would for any product for the Vendor choose: Pool Rentals (along with the resort where you are working)
Product: Select desired Chair and umbrella package, or a la carte
The date will automatically populate to today’s date for the Whaler but for The Ritz Carlton you’ll need to input the date.
The time will automatically populate
Input Qty and amount of days requested
The confirmation will automatically populate
Save and collect unless there is another transaction. If so, you would then just select save then add new voucher

Vendor: Pool Rentals RCK
Product: Desired cabana
Select date
Accept Selection providing there is 1 available in the pop-up window
If there is no pop-up window and does not appear to be on block, click on the “on block” box to create an on-block booking, you can also click the “S” button for the on-block screen
Input time, then tab for check in which will automatically input
Input Qty 1
Save and collect unless there is another transaction, you would then just select save then add new voucher

Note, If Vendor confirmation does not say On Block there is a problem and will not be booked nor recorded

Vendor: Pool Retail
Product: Merchandise
Tab 3 times or select Add Retail/Rental button
Select Qty of retail selection
You may select several retail items at a time
Select save
Save and collect unless there is another transaction, you would then just select save then add new voucher

Vendor: Maui Jims
Product: Name of the Frame
Select Add Retail/ Rental Item
Choose the Item name/number that matches the sku on the box
Add Qty on desired sku, Be sure to match up the correct sku located on the arm or the box
Select save
Save and collect if there are no further booking, otherwise select save to add vouchers
If you have a custom order you will need to add the “Special Order Service Fee”.
