Booking Forever Maui Complimentary Photo Sessions
Forever Maui Complimentary Photography Sessions is the number one vendor MCS agents / concierge are to book. Ask your manager about your booking quota and it is a MANDATORY part of your job. The concierge are paid $10 per session if the quota is not met, $20 per session if the quota is met and the cancellation percentage is above 30% and 10% of the total photography sales made by the photographer if over goal and under 31% cancel rate.
When you make a booking:
- Select “ZBLOCKPHOTO” as the Referred to/by dropdown selection. If you type “Z” it will bring you right to
Rescheduling a Shoot:
- Help yourself and your fellow co-workers when rescheduling a Photoshoot by changing the date > HIT TAB> Blocks will pop up IF it is for a day in the future. Select a new block and hit
- If the shoot has not been cancelled yet you should not have to make a new voucher to
Where are the Blocks? For future bookings when they don’t automatically populate:
- When blocks don’t pop up for you to select for a date in the future, look for a grey bubble with the letter “s” in it. Click on this and it will bring the blocks up for you. If neither of those happen, call Forever Maui
Cancellations:
- If someone cancels right in front of you with the photographer OR you call in a cancellation you should also be cancelling this in Aldesk. Do not put a note that they cancelled and leave the booking in
Blocks:
- Blocks are released at 5 PM every day for the following day- This means if you need to book an 8:30am Wednesday and it is 5:05pm on Tuesday you have to call it
Same-day bookings and cancellations need to be called in as well.
