OUR OWNER
CRAIG HILL-PRESIDENT & OWNER
Craig started Activity World in 1986 as a single desk operation with a vision to create a service-oriented business. The company continued to grow by providing island guests with the best activities and tour options.
Craig grew the business over the next 18 years to 23 hotel and condominium concierge locations statewide with annual revenues in the excess of 30 million dollars.
After an exhaustive worldwide search, Expedia purchased Activity World in 2004 creating the original of the Expedia Local Expert brand. Expedia asked Craig to remain at the helm through 2007. Craig helped Expedia to double the revenues in those three short years.
Craig started Maui Concierge Service in December of 2008 with the intent of creating a specialized, boutique concierge service choosing only to work with select Maui Resorts. Craig is actively involved in the daily operations and is always available to employees and guests. He is constantly searching and developing new products to enhance services provided to our resort partners.
